Refund policy

At Emirix Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and securely pack all products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or not in proper working condition, we are here to help.

If a product arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, you may request a free replacement within 1–2 days of receiving your order. To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact our support team within this time frame and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping charges. Replacements are only applicable to products confirmed to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Requests reported after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible.

  • Emirix Store reserves the right to approve or decline replacement requests based on our quality inspection process.
